Saturday Kitchen: Baking Pizzas
COURSE OVERVIEW
On this one-day Pizza course you will have the opportunity to explore artisan pizza production including.
- Ingredients selection
- Various Dough making methods and techniques.
- Stretching techniques
- Traditional Pizza production
You will learn about various methods and regional differences to produce a variety of pizzas, and various cooking techniques.

Please wear sensible shoes (no open toed shoes such as sandals) leather shoes or trainers would be preferable. No loose clothing or accessories, legs are fully covered. You will be in a professional training kitchen and require to adhere to health and safety procedures
