COURSE OVERVIEW
If you’;ve always wanted to eat healthier but are unsure of where to start. This course includes:
- How to properly identify macronutrients i.e. protein, fats, carbs
- Understanding micronutrients and their sources
- Creative ways to achieve your 5-a-day.
- The benefits of colour and seasonings in your meals
- How to achieve balance in meals
- The kitchen equipment basics
This course takes on Saturday 26 April 2025 from 09:30 – 13:00.

This course is open to anyone who has an interest in cooking. No previous experience required

Please wear sensible shoes (no open toed shoes such as sandals, flip flops or high heels) leather shoes or trainers would be preferable. Please ensure that your legs are suitably covered to protect yourself (no shorts).
