COURSE OVERVIEW

If you’;ve always wanted to eat healthier but are unsure of where to start. This course includes:

  • How to properly identify macronutrients i.e. protein, fats, carbs
  • Understanding micronutrients and their sources
  • Creative ways to achieve your 5-a-day.
  • The benefits of colour and seasonings in your meals
  • How to achieve balance in meals
  • The kitchen equipment basics

This course takes on Saturday 26 April 2025 from 09:30 – 13:00.

This course is open to anyone who has an interest in cooking. No previous experience required
