Welcome to The Pavilion Bar

Welcome to The Pavilion Bar – where meetings and celebrations find the perfect setting. Nestled on the Chichester Campus, our self-contained building offers a fully licensed bar, versatile function rooms, and a charming garden for unforgettable experiences.

The Pavilion Bar, situated on the Chichester Campus, enjoys a prime location just a short stroll from the town centre, approximately five minutes on foot from Chichester train station, and a mere six-minute walk from Chichester bus station. The convenience is complemented by ample on-site parking.

The Pavilion Bar is a self-contained building and features a fully licensed bar with an enclosed garden area, in-house music system and two clubrooms that can be opened to create a larger space.

In the clubroom rooms, one features a wall-mounted TV with AV connections, and we have a portable screen that can be used. Hiring individual rooms costs £25 per hour or hire of the whole pavilion starts from £225.00 per day/evening.

Whether you’re looking for a space to host corporate events, training sessions, or special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, our three distinct areas can be hired individually or together to meet your unique requirements.

Main Bar Area: Experience the inviting ambiance of our main bar area, where you can gather for meetings, presentations, or simply unwind. The Clubroom 1, spanning 6.4m x 4.5m (Approx. 29m2), and Clubroom 2, measuring 6.4m x 7.3m (Approx. 46m2), offer flexible layouts to accommodate various setups:

  • Theatre Style: 30
  • Board Room: 20
  • Training Room: 16
  • Horseshoe: 16
  • Cabaret: 20

Our commitment to creating magical and memorable experiences extends to ensuring the perfect setting for your events. The Pavilion’s enclosed private garden and expansive grass fields at the front allow for larger events, complete with options for inflatables, food vendors, and other engaging activities.
