Progression includes CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma, HR/L&D apprenticeships or development into people-support roles across organisations.
Delivery is either face-to-face classroom based or live online sessions. Assessed through four assignment-based units including eight written pieces of work and a mock interview panel to help demonstrate applied people-practice skills.
In addition to your course fee you must be a member of the CIPD for the duration of your qualification/apprenticeship. The current cost of CIPD student membership is £158 (correct as of July 2026) and is renewable on 1st July each year.
Recommended textbooks will be advised during your interview but are not necessary for success.
