This advanced course, will provide you with the knowledge, understanding and skills to enable you to deal with the difficult role of the advanced HR Partner/Manager more confidently, authoritatively and efficiently. The course is for those presently working in HR and is suited to individuals who:
- are experienced people practitioners (2 years HR experience minimum)
- completion of L5 HR Diploma or a relevant degree
- are working in a senior people practice role and wish to extend and deepen their skills and understanding to shape strategy, policy and people
