Mediterranean Cookery
COURSE OVERVIEW
Our Mediterranean Cookery course is the perfect course for anyone who loves the beautiful flavours and ingredients that come from the Mediterranean. This famously fresh and fragrant cuisine is renowned for its use of olive oil, herbs, spices and a range of meat and seafood that are plentiful in the Mediterranean area. The course aims to cover some of the classic dishes available in the Mediterranean and over the 5 weeks you will create the nation’;s favourites from the Mediterranean.
Mediterranean Cookery starts on Wednesday 21 April 2027 (18:00 – 20:30)

A range of hospitality Leisure and Pleasure courses will be on the College website.
Continuous classroom assessment based on Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement (RARPA)
Course fees £150.00
Please bring a clean apron, notepad and pen with you.
Please wear sensible shoes (no open toed shoes such as sandals) leather shoes or trainers would be preferable. No loose clothing or accessories. You will be in a professional training kitchen and required to adhere to health and safety procedures.
