Conferencing and events

Our campuses have a variety of fully equipped meeting rooms and conference facilities available to hire for meetings, conferencing and events.

Chichester Campus is ideally situated, with only a short walk from the town centre, approximately a five-minute walk from the Chichester train station and a six-minute walk from the Chichester bus station.

We can offer various rooms and areas for your event, all of which are fully licensed and can accommodate meetings and events from 5 to 250 people. We are a small team so you can rest assured that you will get a friendly and personal approach.

The Conference Hall

Max capacity approx. 350

This is our largest venue space located at the front of college above main reception. This is used for a range of events including exhibitions, large workshops, corporate conferences, fairs, enrolments and more. The room features a projector/screen, a hearing loop, microphones, stage set up, lift access, bathroom facilities close by, a welcome landing, natural light & views of the surrounding area.

The Cathedral Room

Max capacity approx. 55

This is a light open room located above main reception (2nd floor). This room is typically used for conferences, board meetings, presentations, training sessions, smaller workshops etc. The room can also be used as a breakout room from The Conference Hall if booked. The room features a projector/screen, a hearing loop, en suite bathroom facilities, lift access, a welcome landing, natural light and views of the surrounding area.

Lecture Rooms (The Selsey Room, Petworth Room, The Midhurst Room, Fishbourne & Bosham Rooms)

Max capacity varies per room from approx. 15 - 75

These are bright lecture rooms located on the 3rd floor in A-Block (main reception block). These are typically used for training sessions, workshops and lessons. Some of these rooms feature a wall divider so the room can be split into 2 for breakout areas/smaller group usage. These rooms feature a projector/screen, bathroom facilities close by, lift access, natural light and views of the surrounding area.


Max capacity varies per room from approx. 15 – 40

These vary across the college depending on which block they are located in. These are typically used for lessons, lectures, after college sessions and training groups. Almost all of these include a projector/screen. There is lift access if above ground floor.


We’ve used Chichester College for our last two staff awards and both times have been hugely successful! That’s largely down to the help and support of Ella and everyone who assisted on the event days themselves, including Michaela, her catering team and reception too. Would certainly recommend the College if you’re looking to host an event!
