COURSE OVERVIEW
Giving you the chance to learn with celebrity hairdresser Lee Stafford, this course focuses on, commercial cutting, colouring, and styling hair. The course offers you in depth training and industry awareness as you explore the Lee Stafford techniques and recipes along with our outstanding teaching team. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Hairdressing competitions and experience a photo shoot. Hairdressing is a creative, demanding and disciplined career that will provide you with a rewarding career and exciting industry opportunities. Working in our Lee Stafford Education Salon, with our external base of clients, providing you with realistic opportunities to practice the new skills you will learn along the way.
FURTHER INFORMATION
This is a part time course for Adult who are over the age of 19 years. If you have a passion in working in the Hairdressing industry and an interest in art and fashion and want to develop you creative skills.
English GCSE Grade 2 or an equivalent qualification is required.
Applicants who have completed a Level 2 VRQ in Barbering, Beauty or Hair and Make-up are not eligible for this course.
This course will delivered over 4 days per week.
On Completion of this course you may with to progress to the Level 3 Diploma in ladies hairdressing. Specialist courses in Bridal hair and hair extensions. Career progression routes could include salon employment or salon trainer,
This qualification assessment method used is a collation of portfolio evidence which consists of practical observations, exams, written assignments and verbal questioning. Practical observations take place in our commercial salon environment.
