A and AS Levels
Students are able to choose from a very wide range of A Levels including traditional subjects or those with a vocational emphasis. Our highly qualified and experienced staff are committed to ensuring that every student is offered the best possible learning experience for them, on this extensive range of subjects, many of which are not available in local schools.

Students can combine A Levels in a programme of up to 4 AS Levels or link an A Level with a vocational course, such as a BTEC National Certificate or Award. At an A level evening our staff will be able to guide you as to the ideal number for you based on your abilities, interests and educational plans.
Students of all ages are welcome. Both those who are about to complete their GCSEs and mature students who wish to return to study. We support the programme with extensive resources including a custom designed theatre, art studios, travel agency and comprehensive and up to date computer facilities.
Students should have 5 GCSE grades A* - C to include Maths and English. Science and Language subjects also require a C grade in the chosen AS subject. However, please contact Admissions (01243 786321) for an interview if you would like to follow an A level programme without meeting the entry requirements.
Everything you need to know about A/AS Levels is on Ofqual - the official student guide to the system.
