Skills Bootcamp in Project Management
COURSE OVERVIEW
Our Level 3 Project Management Bootcamp will be delivered at Chichester College and is aimed at supporting the self-employed and employed in businesses located in West Sussex to develop their project management capability, as a key component to securing economic growth and prosperity across the county.
The delivery model will take full account of the need to provide a flexible programme which is geared to business needs, for example, some tutor-led online sessions will be incorporated to enable participants to balance their work commitments alongside face-to-face training sessions.
This Skills Bootcamp will align with employer and sector needs and consist of the Project Management Unit within the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders.
On successful completion of this Skills Bootcamp you will:
- Understand the project lifecycle and roles and responsibilities within a project.
- Understand how to deliver a project against targets.
- Be able to deliver a project against targets.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Adults (19+) who live or work in West Sussex and are able to undertake a simple work-based project.
If you’;re self-employed, you’;ll be able to use the training to seek new opportunities for your business. If you’;re being supported by your current employer to complete the Skills Bootcamp, then you may be offered a new role or new responsibilities.
Written project plan and verbal presentation.
Pens, paper, a laptop or tablet if available.
Skills Bootcamps are Government funded training programmes available to eligible adults (19+). If you are applying as an individual there is no fee. If your employer is sponsoring you they will be required to make a contribution. See Skills Bootcamps page on our website for further details.
