FURTHER INFORMATION
The entry requirement is to hold maths and English GCSE at 4 or above.
This apprenticeship is for anyone working in a HR company, whose job role meets the course specification.

A further year with Portsmouth University will convert the course into a Masters.
A range of assignments for the above units, plus working on the 18 duties that make up this apprenticeship.
There are no exams.
On completion of the on-programme learning, apprentices go through Gateway to the End Point Assessment process, which is an additional four months. This assessment is in two parts:
* Assessment method 1: Professional discussion, underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
* Assessment method 2: Project proposal, presentation and questioning.
The current levy fee is £19,000 for large employers, with reductions for SMEs.
The levy ends in 2025.
