Debz Rough - personal Trainer

Debz Rough

Hello! My name is Debz and I have worked as a fitness/class instructor and personal trainer for 14 years and trained as a pre and post-natal instructor while on maternity leave with my second child, 18 months ago.

After going through two pregnancies and births, I have had to work on rebuilding my muscular strength, core strength and pelvic floor and feel I have great knowledge on how to achieve these goals now.

When I have run these courses in the past, it has not only been about the exercise. Mums get to meet other mums and can discuss the different stages their babies are in and support each other. The little ones can interact with each other too!
