A catering or hospitality qualification can lead you to work in top hotels, restaurants, cruise lines, tourist attractions or events around the world. Learn to work in a real working environment at our 64 Restaurant & Bar and Café 19, both of which are open to the public. Learn all the essential skills in our training and service kitchens, where you will spend most of your time.

Working with Professionals

Working in state-of-the-art hospitality facilities, in small groups, you will learn from visiting chefs from around the world. There are opportunities to collaborate with international organisations, teaching you essential skills, spending most of your time in the kitchen.

Variety of Assessments

There are a range of options, from those who want to learn the basics, to those wanting to become professional chefs. You can be assessed in many ways, from practical observations, to self-evaluations, to preparation and production of meals for restaurants.

Career Options
