COURSE OVERVIEW
The course runs for one day a week over three weeks with the exam on the afternoon of the last day. For certification you must attend for a minimum of 80% of the course and successfully pass the exam.
FURTHER INFORMATION
A good basic English reading and writing ability. A level 2 hygiene certificate or relevant industry experience.
Supervisory management in a hospitality or kitchen environment.
The qualification is assessed through an externally marked multiple choice exam. If you have any additional exam support needs please contact the college at least 4 weeks in advance to arrange this.
