COURSE OVERVIEW
The nationally accredited Certificate in Principles of Team Leading gives practising or potential team leaders the foundation for their formal development in this role. The course helps to develop a wide range of team leading skills covering a number of aspects including establishing the team, motivation, communication, reporting structures, coaching and mentoring; the knowledge gained should help the individual progress confidently within their role. Learners should be aged 19 or above to undertake this qualification.
