ILM 8617-11 L7 Awd in Leadership and Management
COURSE OVERVIEW
Designed for mid/senior managers wishing to enhance their personal brand by developing their leadership and management capability via the development and completion of a significant project through enquiry-based learning.
Delivered by subject specialist tutors over a seven-month period during term time via three full day, face-to-face learning sessions and four remote 1-2-1 tutorials via MS-Teams.

Middle/Senior managers in suitable job roles who hold a Level 5 management qualification (ILM L5 or HND), or a degree in a suitable subject.
This course is designed helps build both your skills in designing and implementing a significant workplace project, and your personal brand within the organisation.
This is achieved via three full day sessions covering aspects of managerial and leadership theory such as analytical thinking, critical thinking, and stakeholder management, combined with project focussed 1-2-1 tutorials aimed at developing your chosen project to a successful conclusion.
Progression to the Level 7 Diploma or Level 7 Senior Manager apprenticeship. You are able to join the ILM as an Associate member and use letters after your name:

You will be assessed by a series of short written submissions analysing the development and implementation of your chosen project. These submissions will be supported by a portfolio evidencing the actual delivery of the project.
The course fees of £1,950 includes critical textbooks as well as ILM Registration and certification fees.
