ILM 8411-31 L3 Dip for Team Leaders
COURSE OVERVIEW
This new Diploma is delivered by subject specialist tutors over 18-months on a weekly basis, in term time: 41 x 3.5 hour lessons.
Each of the nine units has a knowledge element where you will learn about management models and theories, which you can then apply to your workplace for the Skills units, to create a portfolio of evidence or presentations with assignments. The topics covered are: Unit 320 Team Development and Resource Management; Unit 321 Building a High Performance Team; Unit 322 Managing Self; Unit 323 Communication and Interpersonal Skills; Unit 324 Organisational Culture and Strategy; Unit 325 Problem Solving and Decision Making; Unit 326 Data Management; Unit 327 Organisational Governance; Unit 328 Project Management.

Active or aspirational Team Leaders or Supervisor who have opportunity to undertake activities in a real-work environment, in order to obtain evidence of their skills as part of this practical course,
Progression is to the ILM Level 5 Diploma for Operational Leaders and Managers or to the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeship.

Assessment is by assignment, presentations, professional discussions and the creation of a Skills portfolio.
ILM registration and certification plus workbooks costs are included in the course fee of £2,800.
