Management development

 

The College supports it's supervisory and management staff through regular management development centres where managers undertake a range of activities and 360 feedback to develop their level of competence. Following the workshop, staff complete a management development plan to support their future development.

In addition, the College has recently introduced an Aspiring Managers' programme, which provides first line managers and supervisors with the opportunity to develop their management skills and understand the College as a business.

Further training, coaching and mentoring enables managers to develop their skills and be effective managers at Chichester College.
