Manangement, Team Leading, Business Administration and Customer Service Apprenticeships

Do you have assessment experience across all four disciplines? We are looking for an Assessor/Instructor to deliver work based Apprenticeships across the region.

Successful applicants should have:
• TAQA Assessor Qualification (or equivalent)
• Relevant occupational qualifications at level 3 or above, experience and knowledge to be able to deliver and assess across all four disciplines
• Previous NVQ/QCF assessment experience in the workplace
• Working knowledge of delivering via e-portfolios

As assessing/instructing is undertaken in the workplace, there is a requirement to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the learners and to travel throughout the region. You should therefore be able to travel independently between assessment sites.

This is a fixed term maternity cover post for a maximum of 1 year or the return/resignation of the current postholder, whichever is sooner.

Associate Lecturer in Plumbing

Delivering a range of programmes from City and Guilds Technical Certificates to NVQ level 2 and 3 in Plumbing, you will hold a relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent and have substantial industrial experience.

The ability to deliver courses relating to unvented hot water, water regulations, environmental technologies and ACS/Gas would be an advantage.

Student Tutor

You will be part of a cross-College team monitoring and providing outstanding support for 16 -19 year old students with a focus on aiding individual personal achievement. You will provide 1:1 support to keep students on track and improve their performance. You will also deal with all pastoral issues that students may face.

It is essential that you have experience of working with students on a one to one basis and/or as a group. You will need to have proven coaching and communication skills in order to aid our students’ progression.
