Chichester College are looking to appoint a new part time Examinations Assistant to work in a busy office environment, facing fresh challenges on a daily basis. The hours of work will be 08:30 until 15:00, Monday to Friday.

You will work within the guidelines of several examining boards and their varied rules and regulations. You will work efficiently and have a good eye for detail, and will deal with a variety of customers including members of staff, students and outside organisations.

You will take sole responsibility for the compiling of daily examination packs and liaising with our Invigilators regarding board instructions. You will also undertake general duties such as post, examination scheduling, data input, and general examination tasks/administration to help the Examinations Co-ordinator and colleagues.

Proven effective communication/organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work are paramount. You will enjoy working as part of a team, but will be comfortable working under your own initiative as the post demands.

Chichester College is currently recruiting for a full time Lecturer in Accounting.

The successful applicant will have professional accounting/finance qualifications to Level 4; such as CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW/AAT, and a Certificate in Education or PGCE and experience in teaching AAT. Experience of working in Accounting and knowledge of computerised accounts are also essential.
