The College has spent considerable time developing a Race Equality Policy, a Disability Equality Scheme and a Gender Equality Scheme. A dedicated steering group has coordinated the development of the Schemes and their implementation plans, which is now being managed on a day to day basis through the Equality and Diversity Committee. These policies are detailed below.
The Equality and Diversity Action Plan is the overarching plan that has been developed following the implementation of the Race Equality Policy, the Gender Equality Scheme and the Disability Equality Scheme and is a single plan in anticipation of the Single Equality Scheme.
