City Centre

The Market Cross in Chichester city centreThe streets of Chichester are safe and the city centre, which retains the atmosphere of a Georgian market town, is a short walk from the college. At the very centre, where four main streets join, stands the market cross. Built 500 years ago, it is the finest in Britain and an indication of Chichester's historic importance as a trading centre.

Today it is a meeting place popular with our students. There are many good English pubs, shops and a range of restaurants including French, Indian, Chinese and Thai.
