Application process for Chichester College
We have representatives in many countries. They can help you through the application process for our College. They can help with questions you might have about visas and other local conditions.
Step 1
You can apply anytime for our courses. The easiest way to apply is to download and complete our College’s Application Form. Then email it back to us with the following:
- A copy of your passport.
- Your academic qualifications.
- Evidence of your level of English e.g. IELTS certificate.
- Your tuition fee deposit or full first year’s fees.

Step 2
On receipt of all of the above we will send you a letter of acceptance confirming your place on the course and provide UK accommodation reservation details if requested.
If you have sent your deposit and met the entry requirements for your course the acceptance will be Unconditional. We will provide supporting documents you can use to apply for your student visa.
If you have yet to meet the college entry requirements your acceptance letter will be Conditional until you provide evidence that you have met the requirements. If you do not provide a deposit your acceptance will again be Conditional.
If you do not send the information requested or the deposit the delay in your application may result in limited accommodation options.
If your Government is sponsoring you the College also requires a sponsor form to be completed and a letter on Government Headed paper agreeing to the Sponsorship.
Step 3
Inform the College when your visa is issued and confirm your arrival date and time. If you require a taxi transfer from the airport this can be arranged at an additional cost.
Host family accommodation details may not be available at time of application but will be given to you at least two weeks before your arrival date.
