This apprenticeship is designed to provide apprentices with the skills to work in the security systems sector, designing, installing, commissioning and maintaining electronic security and fire systems such as Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems.
Qualifications and Awarding Body
Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Security Systems Level 2 comprises of:
City and Guilds – Certificate in Providing Electronic Security and Emergency Systems (QCF) Level 2
City and Guilds – Certificate in Knowledge of Electronic Security and Emergency Systems (QCF) Level 2
Functional skills in Maths, English and ICT
Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
