Qualification and Awarding Body
Professional cookery level 2 and level 3 through City and Guilds.
Who is it for?
Level 2 Apprenticeship is suitable for staff in kitchen porter, demi chef de partie, chef de partie, commis chef roles. Level 3 is suitable for chef de partie, commis chef, sous chef and head chef roles.
Are Adult Apprenticeships available?
Yes, 16-65 year olds are considered
Where will the training take place?
Chichester Campus and in the workplace
When will the Apprenticeship start?
September and January
How long will it take?
9-24 months
