Fitness Classes at Bodyworks

Bodyworks has a large, modern multi-purpose fitness room which offers a number of specialised fitness and training classes. These classes are also available to non-members.

Zumba - New fitness sensation taking over the World!  Latin and international music are fused to create an explosive, booty-shakin party of a workout that  burns loads of calories and leaves you on a high!

Pilates - Bring mind and body together, with a strong focus on total concentration, balance, precision and breathing.  The slow, controlled flowing movements primarily strengthen the "core muscles" that stabilise and support your spine, realign your body and correct postural problems.

Yoga - Practising Yoga helps you overcome and prevent many stresses, strains, aches and pains.  It promotes a firm foundation for health and well-being.

Tae Kwon Do - Increase self-confidence and personal awareness.  Improve your general fitness, balance and co-ordination.  Develop self control, discipline and attention span whilst having fun.

Group Indoor Cycling - Is a great heart-healthy workout that will help you burn fat, lose weight and is great fun!  Level 1 for beginners, Level 2 for improvers.

High Intensity - Take your fitness to the next level!  Sprint training, plyometrics, interval training and a new challenge every week.  A great way to burn fat.

Legs, Bums & Tums - A 30-minute blast of fat burning and toning exercises to target those problem areas!  Great for all abilities.

Total Body - A high energy, fat burning, all body toning class, suitable for all abilities.  Using free weights, balls, body bars, dyno bands and more!
