Fitness Classes at Bodyworks

Bodyworks has a large, modern multi-purpose fitness room which offers a number of specialised fitness and training classes. These classes are also available to non-members.

Pilates - Bring mind and body together, with a strong focus on total concentration, balance, precision and breathing.  The slow, controlled flowing movements primarily strengthen the "core muscles" that stabilise and support your spine, realign your body and correct postural problems.

Yoga - Practising Yoga helps you overcome and prevent many stresses, strains, aches and pains.  It promotes a firm foundation for health and well-being.

Tae Kwon Do - Increase self-confidence and personal awareness.  Improve your general fitness, balance and co-ordination.  Develop self control, discipline and attention span whilst having fun.

Group Indoor Cycling - Is a great heart-healthy workout that will help you burn fat and lose weight, if you are pedalling as fast as you can or cooling down towards the end of the workout, you are guaranteed to have fun!
